What real fruit tea is made of?
Our fruit teas are all-natural and made from real fruit extracts. Many of our teas are infused with a combination of fruits, herbs, and spices.
How to prepare real fruit tea?
Pour 8 oz. of hot or cold water over 2-3 tbs of Erika’s Real fruit tea. Stir well until the concentrate blends fully with the water. Top with slices of lemon, add honey or ice.
Our 6oz jar of real fruit tea concentrate makes 4-6 glasses.

What is the shipping policy and delivery?
When ordering products from Real Fruit Tea, we assure you that we will handle and ship your items with utmost care. We deliver your real fruit teas right to your doorstep.

Shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States.
Standard Ground (3-8 business days). Most items will be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days after leaving our store. Standard Ground items leave our store within 1-2 business days after order receipt.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add $15.00 surcharge to standard shipping charge.
We only ship to locations within the United States. No International shipping is currently available. We do not ship to P. O. Box addresses.
We process orders for shipment within 1-2 business days (24-48 hours) of the order date (for in stock items). This shipment time excludes holidays or weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time usually takes 2-8 days (depending upon your location). Some items may be shipped after the 48 hour period. We cannot guarantee the exact date when your order will arrive. We encourage you to order in during regular days to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Out of stock items or on back order will be shipped as soon as our stock is replenished. You will be notified by email if there are any extended delays in shipment. To guarantee delivery, please provide us with a proper and complete addresses. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time.
We will not be responsible for packages that were undelivered and/or was returned to us due to an incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery by the recipient. You shall be charge a second shipping cost for any re-shipment of a returned package that was due to the recipient refusing delivery or due to an incorrect address on the original order form.
We will not be responsible for spoilage of perishable items if recipient is not available to receive the package(s).
Normal delivery is via the United States Postal Service- USPS Priority Mail. A physical mail receptacle the location is required for USPS delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PER ADDRESS. Multiple addresses will each incur a separate shipping charge.
As a rule, we’ll hold your order if an item is back ordered and ship complete once all items are in stock.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of food products. If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped please contact our customer service department immediately upon noticing the issue at 123-456-789.
